Allocation

Our Tenor Membership provides our greatest enthusiasts with an easy way to enjoy our wine every year. We deliver you pure, varietal wines 6-8 times a year. These wines are meticulously crafted from some of the finest vineyards in Washington State, and made in a state-of-the-art facility in Woodinville, WA. Each Tenor wine is extremely unique, providing you a different experience with every release. These wines can be enjoyed when they arrive and will continue to develop in the bottle for many years with proper cellaring. Members enjoy a full range of benefits in staying connected to Tenor.

WHAT DOES IT COST TO JOIN THE WINE CLUB?

Tenor Membership is complimentary.

2.
HOW AND WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

Tenor will keep your credit card secured on file and will automatically charge your card for your wines and applicable taxes approximately 3 weeks prior to the release date. You will be notified via email the week prior to your card being charged for each release.

HOW MANY RELEASES PER YEAR?

Members of our Tenor Club (Red only) will receive four to six releases per year depending on the varietals selected by the winemakers that vintage. Each release will feature one of our 100% varietal wines. Tenor Red & White Club members will receive an additional 2 allocations; one of Chardonnay and one of Sauvignon Blanc.

Billing

We let you know in advance when your credit card will be charged, what to expect in your shipment, and when to expect it. Automatic billing creates a seamless ordering process (all billing information is kept in our secure ordering system).

Shipping

*In-network states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NV, NY, OH, OR, TX, VA & WA
*The following out-of-network states will be charged a flat $30 per shipment: AR, AZ, CT, DE, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, NE, NJ, NM, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, WI, WV & WY
*AK and HI are shipped 2-day Air and will receive a 35% discount on shipping rates of 3 bottles or more
*Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to AL, KY, MS, ND, UT & VT

Wine shipments are scheduled for Ground shipping, unless otherwise requested. We reserve the right to hold shipments due to temperature conditions until conditions change for favorable shipping. Members must take full responsibility for the condition of the wines as received if you choose not to follow the shipping guidelines as recommended by Single Barrel in regard to temperature conditions. Single Barrel will not ship to PO Boxes. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of returned and reshipped wine. All reshipped packages will have standard shipping charges applied. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines will be the members responsibility. Wine orders must be placed and received by adults 21 years or age or older. We do not ship to states where prohibited by law.

Pick-up policy

Allocations are guaranteed to be available for pick up in our Winemaking Studio for 60 days past the wine’s release date. After 60 days, if the wine is no longer available, you will have winery credit in the amount charged for your allocation to use in selecting replacement bottles from any of the currently available wines. If you don’t think you can make it into the studio during the 60-day window, shipping of 3 bottles or more is free for members with an in-network shipping address. This policy applies to “pick up” allocations only. Members who choose to have their allocation shipped are always guaranteed to receive their allocation.
